National Institute of Technology (NIT) Agartala Tripura is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts or jobs of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) for the research project funded by Science and Engineering Research Board, Department of Science & Technology, Government of India entitled “Hierarchical Electrodes: Advanced Design Strategies and Engineering for Na-ion Battery.” NIT Agartala’s aim is to produce techno-managerial human resource in line with global need offering state-of-the-art facility, research and training in engineering and allied disciplines and also to enhance the effectiveness of technical education with innovative system and devising a mechanism to facilitate application of research findings to solve real problems of industries/academics.

Emoluments : 31,000/- INR plus HRA as per applicable rules for GATE/NET qualified candidates

Qualification :

B.Tech/M.Tech preferably in Chemical Engineering /Electrical engineering/Material Science Engineering/ Bio-Technology/any other relevant branch/ Master’s in basic science

Scholars qualified CSIR-UGC NET / GATE.

Job Roles : Working on photolithography /electrospinning techniques and development of Anode Materials for responsibilities Na-ion battery. Visiting other institutes for project purpose and assist PI for smooth running of project.
