Tripura COVID19 update: 32 more die, 3,436 new cases detected in last 7 days

In the last 7 days, 32 more people have died of COVID19 infection in Tripura while the state registered 3,436 new positive patients in the last one week.

The COVID19 death toll in Tripura rose to 267 on Saturday, according to the state health department’s bulletin.

Tripura’s death toll was 235 on September 18.

Two more persons have died in Tripura in the last 24 hours.

Tripura’s COVID19 death toll on Friday was 265.

The number of positive cases on Saturday was 24,408.

The number of positive cases on September 18 was 20,972.

The number of positive cases has increased to 3,436 in the last 7 days.

The average number of infected people is 490 in the last one week.

In these seven days, the rate of positivity has also increased in the state.

On September 18, the positivity rate was 6.02% and on Saturday it increased to 6.45%.

The fatality rate has decreased slightly.

The death rate on September 18 was 1.12% and on Saturday, it is 1.09%.

The recovery rate on Saturday was 75.33% and on September 18, it was 67.50%.

The rate of tests per ten lakh population has increased in the last 7 days.

On September 18, the test per million was 87,186 and on Saturday it rose to 94,690.

The number of active patients in Tripura on Saturday stood 5,746, out of which only 236 people are in the hospitals.

On Saturday, 400 people returned home after recovery.
