Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha

Agartala: Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha on Sunday said that the way the Trinamool Congress is ruling West Bengal is similar to the CPIM’s rule and their days are numbered.

Addressing a Vijay Sankalp meeting at Raidighi Bus Stand in the Mathurapur Lok Sabha Constituency, West Bengal, Saha mentioned that during the Tripura elections, he travelled more than 8000 km, and it was evident that people were with the BJP everywhere he went.

“There is no doubt that BJP will win both the seats in Tripura, and I can assure you that the BJP candidate will win in Mathurapur as well, as the crowd’s enthusiasm says it all. The face is the index of the mind, and it is clear that people want PM Modi and support the BJP. The current government is focusing on a particular group, but our BJP is working for ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas.’ They are engaging in divisive politics. This Lok Sabha election is crucial to strengthen PM Modi’s leadership and set a direction for the country for the next 1000 years, focusing on development and foreign policy,” said Saha.

He highlighted that Bengal has a total of 42 seats. In the last Lok Sabha election, the BJP won 18 seats, and this time BJP has set a target to win around 32 seats, with the possibility of exceeding this target.

“Youths must come out; there is nothing to fear. You must protest against the misrule. The results of this Lok Sabha election in Bengal will determine whether TMC will retain power or not. People wanted a change and voted TMC into power, but what have we seen? They are working in the same way as the CPIM. The days of the TMC are numbered. If we want real development, we need PM Modi. He has given us the HIRA Model and is working for massive development. For that, we have to win,” he added.
