The Trinamool Congress (TMC) is all set to launch its campaign for the 2023 Assembly elections in Tripura.
The TMC, on September 26 (Sunday), will launch its campaign slogan – Tripurar Jonne Trinamool (Trinamool for Tripura).
The campaign slogan will be launched by TMC national general secretary Abhishek Banerjee in Agartala on Sunday.
Abhishek Banerjee will also announce the TMC Tripura state committee and also the party’s youth committee.

Abhishek Banerjee said: “Khela has begun in Assam and Tripura. TMC will win Tripura.”
“It is my goal to throw BJP out of India in three years,” Abhishek Banerjee said while addressing a rally at Murshidabad in West Bengal.
Notably, the TMC were denied to hold rallies (padyatra) in Tripura on two occasions recently.
Subsequently, the Tripura government imposed prohibitory orders under Section 144 CrPC across West and East Agartala police station areas, which will stay in force till November 4.
