The TMC leaders further informed that the party will celebrate “Khela Hobe Diwas” on Monday.

The TMC leaders also raised the issue of attack on the party’s general secretary Abhishek Banerjee during his visit to Tripura recently.

“Why are you worrying if people in Tripura are with the BJP-led government in the state? The Trinamool didn’t object to the frequent visits by the PM, the Union home minister and a whole lot of Union ministers when they made a beeline for Bengal ahead of the assembly polls,” said TMC leader Bratya Basu.

The TMC further accused the Tripura government of attacking women in the state.
