CPI-M state secretary and spokesperson Gautam Das in presence of incumbent member of Parliament Sankar Prashad Datta, who also is the Left Front candidate from the Tripura West Parliament constituency, alleged this to reporters in Agartala on Sunday evening after completion of the re-polling in 168 polling station.

Das though expressed his satisfaction over the re-poll but alleged that BJP supporters since the repoll was declared there were threatening to the selective opposition voters especially the CPIM party cadres not to come out for voting.

However, he expressed his gratitude to those voters who despite all threats had boldly took part in the voting process.
