Despite the opposition parties in Tripura have demanded for fresh election for the Tripura West Parliamentary Constituency, alleging massive booth capturing and false voting, the Election Commission of India (ECI) have allowed repoll only in 131 polling stations.

This has come to light after a fax message from the Ministry of Home Affairs has been circulated on the social media.
