To give easy access and move towards Digital India, the Tripura Government launched E-Gazette Tripura for the General Administration (Printing and Stationery) Departments portal on Saturday during a programme in the State Secretariat.

Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb clicked the button to launch the E-Gazette Tripura in presence of Agriculture and Tourism Minister Pranajit Singha Roy, Chief Secretary Sanjeev Ranjan and other top officials.

The E-Gazette portal aims mainly towards easy accessibility to the publication of information on government direction, acts etc by the general public.

The portal has been designed and worked out by National Informatics Centre (NIC).

Meanwhile, the Chief Minister has requested all Ministers and officials including the Chief Secretary and Principal Secretaries to complete their daily file works and keep no pending work so that progress and development are not hampered.

He also said that his government’s priority is corruption free clean government through digitalization.
