Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb on the occassion of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s birthday which coincides with Biswakarma Puja said like the Hindu god Biswakarma who is the divine engineer of the world, PM Modi will be the ‘engineer’ who will transform India into a strong, and developed nation.

Deb stated that after taking part in a ‘Swachh Bharat Abhiyan’ in Agartala on Monday on the occasion of 68th birthday of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Earlier in the morning Deb, as symbolic gesture, cut a cake to celebrate the Modi’sbirthday along with the BJP supporters of his Banamalipur constituency and then with a broom in his hand actively participated in cleaning roads and market areas in few spots in and around Math Chowmhuni market area.

“Today is the birthday of our favorite Prime Minister Narendra Modi Ji and Bishwakarma puja (the divine engineer of the world in Hindu tradition). PM Modi wants to make a new India and everyone knows why we celebrate Biswakarma puja who is an engineer,” said Deb.

He added, “So the birthday of our PM which coincides with the Biswakarma puja is significant and I pray because the almighty also wants Narendra Bhai Modi to transform India into a modern and powerful India where technology reaches even the remote villages by realizing his dream of Digital India. So I on behalf of the people of Tripura convey my best wishes to Narendra Bhai Modi so he has a long life and through his paths, India gets a new look.”

The Swachh Bharat Abhiyan is the most significant cleanliness campaign by the Government of India. PM Narendra Modi led this cleanliness pledge that aims to clean up the streets, roads, and infrastructure of India’s cities, smaller towns, and rural areas.
