This is a major blow to the ZUF operating in Cachar/Jiribam area as the individual is the fifth militant cadre to be arrested in the past one week. This is the second major breakthrough in dismantling the underground structure as in the previous month four cadres of United Tribal Liberation Army (UTPLA) were apprehended and the self styled Commander in Chief of the Army of UTLA (P) was eliminated from the Jiribam area.
