Manipur Chief Minister N Biren Singh on Tuesday launched his personal website (www.nbirensingh.com) at the Cabinet Hall of the Chief Minister’s Secretariat in Imphal.
The website contains the Chief Minister’s profile, latest information, achievements, works, photo gallery, video gallery and so on.

The website also has a contact page wherein people may post their complaints and grievances to the Grievance Cell of the Chief Minister’s Secretariat.
In the website launch function, the CM also distributed the prizes which included a commendation certificate and cash awards for the first three winners of the Sangai Photo Festival Competition, 2018.
The competition was held as part of the last year’s Manipur Sangai Festival.

Ksh Devkumar of Uripok, Okendro Sanasam of Thoubal and Soibam Pritam of Imphal East bagged first, second and third prizes respectively while Rajkumar Nepolean got the ‘special mention’ prize.
The Chief Minister handed over a commendation certificate each and Rs 50,000, Rs 30,000 and Rs 20,000 to the first, second and third prize winners respectively.
The second prize winner, Okendro Sanasam, is working as a photographer in DIPR.
He is the first son of (late) Bhagirat Singh and Sanasam (O) Ibemcha Devi of Thoubal Sabaltongba Mayai leikai. Earlier, he got two first prizes (Flora and Fauna category) in the State Level Spot Photography Competition 2017, Kwatha, Tengnoupal.
DIPR director H Balkrisna Singh lauded Okendro Sanasam’s achievement and expressed words of encouragement to other staff, according to an official release.
It may be mentioned that Rs 1 lakh has already been awarded to Seyeicavi Suohu, Master-Class Grant winner of the competition.
