Addressing a rally at Remi village after he filed his nomination today, Ering sought citizens’ mandate to be elected as MLA in order to take up their pending developmental issues with the state and central governments.
“The rural people of Pasighat West (Ruksin) in East Siang have been suffering a lot in terms of infrastructure development, link surface connectivity, health services, education, water supply, mobile network connectivity and problems in agriculture sector, which the successive state governments failed to address,” Ering maintained.
Ering also recalled that the people of Pasighat West are invited him to contest from the seat, which encouraged him for taking the decision to stand as MLA.
“As a Lok Sabha MP from eastern Arunachal including areas of East Siang district, I tried my level best to ease your sufferings, and now I am eager to serve as an MLA,” Ering added.
