On a temporary basis, the Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR() authorities have added 72 seats in sleeper class and 64 seats in AC three-tier in Kamakhya-Secunderabad Special train.

The Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) has urged the railway passengers from the Northeast to take advantage of the augmentation.

Informing about it, the NFR on its Twitter handle on Monday stated: “72 seats in sleeper class and 64 seats in AC three-tier added in Kamakhya Secunderabad special train on a temporary basis.”

“Passengers may please take advantage of this augmentation,” it added.

In a notification issued by the general manager (operations), Northeast Frontier Railway, stated that it has been decided to attach additional coaches with the “following trains on temporary basis to clear extra rush”.

The trains where the additional coaches would be attached are 07149 Secunderabad Junction-Kamakhya Special and 07150 Kamakhya-Secunderabad Junction Special.

It has been mentioned in the notification that the train No. 07149 Secunderabad Jn-Kamakhya Special will start to run from Secunderabad Junction Railway Junction on August 2, 2019 to August 30, 209 on nominated days.

On the other hand, the train No. 07150 Kamakhya-Secunderabad Jn Special will start to run from Kamakhya Junction Railway Station on August 5, 2019 to September 2, 2019 on nominated days.

While Kamakhya Junction Railway Station is situated in Assam’s capital city of Guwahati, Secunderabad Junction Railway Station is situated in the twin city of Hyderabad in Telangana.
