NVAID, is a software-based platform to digitalize healthcare services industry by maintaining the health care records/files/data/images of the patients in a safe and secure way.
Started by Kumar Dhanjit Karmakar and Champak Thakuria, the idea is to connect patients with care providers, including hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, doctors, our online medicine services, diagnostic labs, physiotherapy centers, blood banks, and ambulance services easily with a common interface.
NVAID is an integration of both the b2b (business to business) and b2c (business to consumer) model. They also provide many other value added services.
The word NVAID originates from 2 Sanskrit words Nidarshan which means systematic, and Vaidhayka which means healthcare, which combined forms NVAID allied health services
The team had already won an E-Parivartan Heckathon organized under the NEDFI and Y4BIZ under the US Consulate General (GES – Global Entrepreneurship Summit), which provided the team an incubation under Texas University.
NVAID team will represent Assam in the global entrepreneur summit 2018 in USA, on the successful completion of incubation program.
For the convenience of users, telephonic healthcare services are also provided. They are also in the process of developing an app to make it easier for customers.
