NEUFC take on Mumbai City FC on Wednesday

The NorthEast United Football Club (NEUFC) is all set to play their fifth match of the sixth edition of Indian Super League (ISL) 2019-20 against Mumbai City FC on Wednesday.

The match will be played at Indira Gandhi Athletic Stadium in Guwahati from 7:30 pm.

Tickets for the match are still available online in BookMyShow website.

However, one may also buy offline tickets for the match from Sarusajai Stadium, Reliance Trends, Rukminigaon and Reliance Trends, Shillong.

NEUFC head coach Robert Jarni is hopeful that the team will be able to keep up its good performances it had shown till now in ISL this year.

As per the ISL standings for the season 2019-20, NEUFC is at fifth position till now.

NEUFC’s first ISL match on October 21 this year against Bengaluru FC had finished in a goalless draw.

However, the Highlanders registered a 2-1 win against Odisha FC in its second match held on October 26, 2019.

NEUFC’s third match against FC Goa which was held on November 1 last ended in a 2-2 draw.

However, the Highlanders registered a 1-0 win against Hyderabad FC in its fourth match held on November 6 last.
