Nine more persons have tested positive for COVID-19 in Nagaland taking the state’s total tally of active cases to 18.
This was informed by Nagaland Page early Thursday morning quoting Nagaland COVID-19 Dashboard.
However, there is no confirmation from the state health and family welfare minister S Pangnyu Phom.
The new cases include six from Dimapur and three from Kohima.
Accordingly, there are now 12 active cases in Dimapur, five in Kohima and one in Tuensang for a total of 18 cases across the State.

Earlier on Wednesday, five persons had tested positive for COVID-19 in the State.
All these five people had returned from Chennai recently.
They are being kept at COVID-19 hospitals in Dimapur and Kohima and are currently undergoing medical treatment.
