Nagaland has registered 10 new Covid19 positive cases on Saturday, taking the state’s tally to 11,842.
Confirming the news, Nagaland health minister S Pangnyu Phom on his Twitter handle said one Covid19 positive has been detected in Phek district.

Also, 43 +ve patients have recovered in Kohima.
Total +ve cases- 11842

In an earlier tweet on the same day, Phom said: “9 +ve cases of # COVID-19 have detected today.”
Of the 9 other positive cases of COVID19 detected on Saturday, Kohima district reported 8 cases and Mokokchung district reported 1 case.

In the last 24 hours, 43 positive patients have recovered in Kohima while 3 positive cases have recovered in Wokha district.
So far, a total of 11,144 positive patients have recovered from the disease.
Nagaland currently has 496 active Covid19 cases.
The health minister has urged the citizens to continue wearing masks, keeping distance to remain safe.
Till Friday, Nagaland’s Covid19 death toll stood at 63.
