Nagaland registered 23 fresh cases of COVID-19 positive on Friday.

These include 14 in Kohima, seven in Dimapur and one each in Wokha and Phek.

This was informed by state health minister S Pangnyu Phom through his official Twitter handle on Friday.

‘Update!

23 fresh positive cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed.

14 in Kohima, 7 in Dimapur, 1 each in Wokha & Phek.

Total State status as of 8: 50 AM, 10th July, 2020.

Positive       : 696

Active          : 392

Recovered  : 304’

With these the total number of COVID-19 positive cases in the State has gone up to 696.

However, there are 392 active cases in the State at present.

A total of 304 persons have recovered from the disease.

The State has not witnessed any COVID-19 related deaths so far.
