Dimapur: Nagaland was among four states felicitated by the Union Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) for its performance in DigiLocker integration during a national consultative workshop held in New Delhi on Monday.
Gujarat, Rajasthan and Karnataka were the other states recognised at the event titled โStrengthening Cybersecurity Framework for State Dataโ.
The recognition was given for the statesโ performance in integrating services with DigiLocker under the Centreโs digital governance initiatives.
Sabou Yashu, Director, Information Technology and Communication, Nagaland, received the award on behalf of the stateโs IT department. Meghna Priya represented the Nagaland State e-Mission Team under the National e-Governance Division.
Officials said the recognition highlights Nagalandโs efforts in strengthening digital service delivery and expanding integration with national e-governance platforms.
