Mizoram has registered a total of 238 COVID19 positive cases so far.
According to the latest COVID19 update, shared by the directorate of information & public relations, Mizoram on its Twitter handle, of the total 238 positive cases recorded in the so far, 149 are male and 89 are female.
A total of 159 persons, who were earlier infected by COVID19, have been discharged from the hospitals in Mizoram after they tested negative for the virus.
Mizoram currently has 79 active COVID19 cases.
There is no report of any death in Mizoram due to COVID19 infection.
According to the data, currently 7 districts of Mizoram have active COVID19 cases.
While Aizawl district has 54 active COVID19 cases, Lunglei district has 11 active cases and Siaha district has 6 cases.
The other districts in Mizoram, which have active cases, are Champhai – 1, Kolasib – 1, Serchhip -2 and Lawngtlai district district has 4 active cases.
The 6 other districts in Mizoram currently have no active cases.
