National Institute of Nutrition Mizoram is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment of 26 vacant posts or jobs in the project entitled “Diet & Biomarker Survey in India.” National Institute of Nutrition (NIN) founded by Sir Robert McCarrison came into being in the year 1918 as ‘Beri-Beri’ Enquiry Unit in a single room laboratory at the Pasteur Institute, Coonoor, Tamil Nadu. Within a short span of seven years, this unit blossomed into a “Deficiency Disease Enquiry” and later in 1928, emerged as full-fledged “Nutrition Research Laboratories” (NRL) with Dr. McCarrison as its first Director. It made a shift to Hyderabad in 1958.At the time of its golden jubilee in 1969, it got its name as National Institute of Nutrition (NIN).

Selection Procedure :
Walk-in-interviews for the above positions will be held on 6th June 2024 and 7th June 2024 at Director’s Board Room, First Floor of Academic Block, Zoram Medical College, Falkwan, Mizoram
Reporting time is between 9 AM to 10 AM
