Mizoram has reported the fourth Covid19 death with the demise of a 34-year-old man.
The Covid19 positive patient succumbed to the disease at Zoram Medical College (ZMC) on Saturday night, a health department official said.

Zoram Medical College is Mizoram’s lone Covid19 dedicated hospital.
State nodal officer of the Integrated Disease Surveillance Programme (IDSP), Dr. Pachuau Lalmalsawma, who is also health department spokesperson on Covid19, said the deceased, K. Lalnuntluanga, a resident of Aizawl, tested positive for Covid19 on October 27.
Lalnuntluanga, a physiotherapist, was running a clinic at Aizawl’s Bawngkawn south locality.

He initially complained of diarrhoea and was brought to Synod hospital at Durtlang in Aizawl where his father, K. Lalremmawia works as a gynecologist.
He was diagnosed with Covid19 and was found having diabetes on October 27.
Lalnuntluanga was shifted to ZMC the same day and was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) there.
Lalnuntluanga died on Saturday night at around 11:30, according to Pachauau.
Meanwhile, 25 more people, including 6 females, have tested positive for Covid19 on Sunday, taking the state’s tally to 3,393.
Of the 25 new cases, 21 cases were reported from Aizawl, 2 from Lawngtlai and one case each was reported from Lunglei and Serchhip districts, according to a statement issued by the state information and public relations department.
The number of active cases stands at 534 while 2,855 people have recovered, the statement said.
Thirty-five more people were discharged from various Covid Care Centres on Sunday.
According to the bulletin released by ZMC, 3 persons were shifted to ICU on Sunday, of which 2 are being given the support of ventilation and one is being given oxygen.
At least 46 people are currently undergoing treatment at the Covid19 dedicated hospital of which 43 are in isolation wards.
At least 563 patients, undertaking treatment at ZMC, have been discharged so far.
