Aizawl Battalion of 23 Sector Assam Rifles on Friday conducted a pre-recruitment training camp for youths of Mizoram at its headquarters in Aizawl.
The training camp that began on February 3 concluded on Friday.

Several youths from across Mizoram participated in the training camp.
During the camp, the youths received training for selection to the posts of soldier clerk, soldier store keeper technical and nursing assistant in the Indian Army.
The recruitment rally will be held at Dimapur in Nagaland from March 10-20.

The youths gained an insight into the selection procedure of the Indian Army and also the qualities expected of a soldier.
On the other hand, the Serchhip Battalion of 23 Sector Assam Rifles organized a four-day volleyball tournament in Zokhatwthar from February 1-4.
The Serchhip Battalion also presented two volleyballs and cash worth Rs 2000 to the Games And Sports Association of Zokhawthar.
