An earthquake measuring 5.2 on the Richter Scale jolted Mizoram on Saturday.
As per the data of the National Centre for Seismology (NCS) under the Ministry of Earth Sciences, the earthquake occurred at 2.20 pm on Saturday in Mizoram.

The quake struck at a depth of 30 km on latitude 23.53 degree and longitude 94.50 degree with its epicentre at 119 km east of Champhai in Mizoram, according to the National Center for Seismology (NCS) data.

There has been no report of any damage caused by the quake.

On November 13, a mild earthquake measuring 3.7 on the Richter Scale jolted Assam and Nagaland.
As per the NCS data, the earthquake occurred at 3.23 am at Dimapur in Nagaland.
On November 3, an earthquake measuring 3.5 on the Richter Scale jolted Assam.
The earthquake occurred at 5.28 pm in the Karimganj district.
