Meghalaya’s East Khasi Hills district on Tuesday recorded 330 new Covid-19 cases.
According to East Khasi Hills deputy commissioner (DC) Isawanda Laloo, of the Covid positive people, 77.57% were not vaccinated.

The state reported 569 new Covid positive cases and eight deaths on Monday.
A total of 485 more patients recovered from the disease which took the number of recoveries to 55, 648 in Meghalaya.
Health officials said all the eight Covid-19 related deaths recorded on Monday were in the East Khasi Hills.
The East Khasi Hills, which includes state capital Shillong is the most Covid-19 affected district with 1807 active positive cases and 743 deaths.
