Meghalaya on Sunday registered two more Covid19 deaths and 425 new positive cases in the last 24 hours.
According to the Covid19 bulletin, released by the National Health Mission (NHM), Meghalaya, with the new cases, the state’s total positive tally increased to 54,580 on Sunday.

In the last 24 hours, a total of 42 patients, who were earlier infected by Covid19, have recovered from the deadly disease.
The state has so far registered a total of 49,307 recoveries.
Meghalaya currently has 4,365 active Covid19 cases.

According to NHM Meghalaya data shared on Saturday night, so far, a total of 8,09,519 people have been administered Covid19 vaccines in Meghalaya.
According to the NHM Meghalaya data, on Saturday, a total of 6,962 people received Covid19 vaccine doses.
Of the 6,962 people, who received Covid19 doses on Saturday, 4,838 were above 18 years and 2,041 were above 45 years.
On Saturday, a total of 37 health care workers received Covid19 vaccine doses while 46 frontline workers received the vaccine doses.
Meanwhile, India reported a total of 41,506 new Covid19 cases in the last 24 hours.
India’s active caseload currently stands at 4,54,118.
The active Covid19 cases in the country constitute 1.47% of the total cases.
So far a total of 2,99,75,064 people have recovered across the country.
A total of 41,526 patients recovered in the last 24 hours and the recovery rate increased to 97.20% on the day.
