Three more persons have tested positive for COVID-19 in Meghalaya capital Shillong on Thursday.
This has taken the number of COVID-19 cases in the State to 104.
However, there are 57 active cases.
This was informed by state chief minister Conrad Sangma through his official Twitter handle.
Sangma tweeted:
‘3 more tested positive for COVID-19 in Shillong. 1 from BSF and 2 returnees from Bihar and Delhi.
Total Active 57
Total Recovered 45.’
Among the new patients affected by coronavirus there is one BSF personnel.
The other two had recently returned from Delhi and Bihar.
The total number of recovered persons from COVID-19 in the State is 45.
