Police also found HNLC flags and other “incriminating” materials during a house search conducted based on information provided by a suspect.
According to reports, this “sleeper cell” has reportedly been active in recent years, hoisting HNLC flags at the instruction of Bangladesh-based fugitives associated with the militant group.
Investigations suggest that these fugitives use financial incentives, including offering new vehicles, to motivate members to carry out alleged attacks.
