Meghalaya police has arrested a Nigerian man and a Naga woman from Delhi in a cyber-fraud case.
Sources said a team of police from the East Garo Hills district nabbed the duo from Delhi’s Tilak Nagar area on Sunday with the help of Delhi Police.
As per reports, they were arrested in connection with a Rs 2 lakh cyber fraud case, lodged at the Williamnagar police station in East Garo Hills district.

The arrested Nigerian man has been identified as Felix.

Eleven mobile phones and 18 ATM cards were found on them, a police officer said.
They were produced before the Tis Hazari Court in Delhi for transit remand.
They will be brought to Meghalaya for further investigation, he added.
