According to a notification issued by Meghalaya government, the filing of nominations has started from Monday.
The last date for filing of nominations is February 19, scrutiny of nomination papers on the same day after 3 PM, and the last date for withdrawal of nomination papers on February 20.
Finalization and publication of valid nominations and allocation of symbols is on February 22.

Polling will be held on February 28 from 7 am till 4 pm and counting of votes will be held on March 3.
