Essential Qualification: Master’s Degree in Public Health (MPH), Master’s of Social Work (MSW), Master’s in Digital Communication Management, Mass Communications or a related discipline.
Work Experience:
- At least 3-4 years of experience in project management, with a focus on health-related projects, is desirable.
- Relevant experience includes managing health programs, healthcare projects, or public health initiatives.
- Experience in developing and implementing health interventions and community engagement strategies.

Desirable Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in developing IEC/BCC materials and training modules.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage project teams effectively.
- Experience in risk communication and community mobilization is highly desirable.
Job Roles : The Project Research Scientist-II (Non-Medical) will oversee the overall management and execution of the project, ensuring its successful implementation and impact. This role involves planning and coordinating interventions, developing content, and engaging with the community.
