Essential Qualification/s:
Postgraduate degree in Sociology, Social Work, Gender Studies, Social Sciences, or Humanities from a recognised university.
Work experience:
Minimum 5- 6 years of work experience in the development sector preferably on women’s rights and gender justice. Excellent written and communication skills in English and Khasi are essential.
Compensation : Negotiable based on experience.
