Meghalaya chief minister Conrad Sangma has urged the youths in Shillong to return the police gun that they took away from a car on Sunday.

“All those who are involved are asked to immediately return the weapon,” Meghalaya CM Conrad Sangma said.

“For cops, the weapons they carry are as good as part of their bodies. They should never ever let go of it. What happen is unacceptable. So, we are firm on this and we will take actions,” Meghalaya CM Conrad Sangma said.

Meanwhile, the police are yet to make any arrest in connection with the incident.
