Total COVID-19 cases in Meghalaya rose to 31 after a person who had recently returned from Uttar Pradesh tested positive for coronavirus on Wednesday afternoon.

With this, the total active cases in the state rose with 17.
So far 13 patients have recovered and one person has succumbed to COVID-19 in Meghalaya.
