Imphal: Unknown assailants torched the office of the Sub-Deputy Commissioner (SDC) at Kumbi in Manipur‘s Bishnupur district on Thursday night. The incident occurred around 9 PM, causing significant damage to the building and its contents.

According to reports, the fire destroyed the offices, the main door, windows, and several land records.
Local residents alerted the Kumbi police station, and officers promptly arrived to extinguish the flames and prevent further damage.
