Imphal: The Coordinating Committee on Manipur Integrity (COCOMI), a unified civil society platform dedicated to safeguarding the territorial integrity, cultural identity, and social harmony of Manipur, officially launched its website on Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at its office in Imphal.

The launch marks an important step in strengthening COCOMIโ€™s communication and public outreach.

The official website has been developed to serve as a reliable and transparent platform for sharing statements, press releases, activities, and updates related to the protection of Manipurโ€™s integrity and the rights of its people.

The website was launched under the initiative of the Information and Public Relations Sub-Committee of COCOMI, reflecting the organisationโ€™s commitment to responsible communication and public engagement in the digital space.

With this launch, COCOMI aims to ensure the timely dissemination of information and provide the public with direct access to verified updates and official communications.

Formed in October 2019, COCOMI comprises over 55 influential civil society organisations (CSOs) and nine branch committees working together to uphold the voice and unity of the indigenous people.

In times of socio-political unrest and external threats, COCOMI stands firm as the peopleโ€™s collective response, addressing issues such as narco-terrorism, illegal immigration, and attempts to distort the historical and cultural fabric of the state.

Through coordination, consultation, and peaceful resistance, COCOMI continues to lead public discourse and safeguard the future of Manipur (Kangleipak) with courage and commitment.
