Tiluck Keisham

Manipur Chief Minister Nongthombam Biren Singh felicitated Guinness World Record holder in Limbo Skating, Master Tiluck Keisham.

The Chief Minister presented a cash award of Rs 5 lakh to Tiluck Keisham  at CMO in Imphal today.

State Works Minister Thongam Biswajit, Forest and Environment Minister Thounaojam Shyamkumar, Education Minister Thokchom Radheshyam and Youth Affairs and Sports Director N Praveen were also present during the day’s ceremony.
In May 2017, 8 year- old Master Tiluck broke his own record in Limbo Skating by propelling himself 145 metres or 475 ft and 7 inches, beneath poles just 30 cm high.

On December 20, 2015, Tiluck, son of Keisam Ricky and Pravabati Takhellambam who’s got an amazing talent in Limbo skating or roller limbo, made India proud when he bettered a Guinness World Record in the ‘Farthest Distance Limbo Skating Under Bars’ at Siri Fort Stadium in New Delhi.

Tiluck has been skating since 2013. He has participated in various competitions and so far won a total of 42 medals and many certificates. Tiluck has already etched his name in the Limca Book of Records on May 25,2015 by performing a 50-metre limbo skate under a horizontal bar set at the height of 7.5 to 9 inches from ground level.
