The Indian Medical Association of Manipur State Branch (IMA-MSB) has strongly condemned the incident.
“Vandalising hospital property and manhandling doctors on duty is a matter of great shame for the state and insults the whole medical community, especially in a time when the state is facing the second wave of COVID-19 pandemic,” the association said in a statement.
