Around five regional movies and one documentary will be screened in the 13th edition of the ongoing Habitat Film Festival, in New Delhi.

Habitat Film Festival began at New Delhiโ€™s India Habitat Centre on May 17, 2018 which will continue till May 27 next.

Eminent filmmaker Utpal Borpujariโ€™s children film โ€˜Ishuโ€™, Rima Dasโ€™s โ€˜Village Rockstarsโ€™, Arup Mannaโ€™s โ€˜Ananyaโ€™ and Hijmjyoti Talukdarโ€™s โ€˜Calenderโ€™ from Assam will be screened at the festival.

On the other hand Nagaland film maker Tiakuzuk Aierโ€™s โ€˜NANA- A Tale of Usโ€™ and Anushka Meenakshi and Iswar Srikumarโ€™s documentary โ€˜Up Down and Sidawaysโ€™ will also be screened in the festival.

Eminent film critic and scholar Aruna Vasudev inaugurated the festival.

The festival focused on the National award-winning and critically acclaimed films this year across India.
