GUWAHATI: A 5.6 magnitude earthquake with epicentre in Myanmar shook most parts the Northeast, including Assam.
Tremors of the earthquake were also felt in Guwahati city of Assam.
According to initial reports, the epicentre of the earthquake was in Myanmar near the border with Manipur.
