Responding to the call of the committee, all political parties in the state decided not to file nominations for the election to the 13th Nagaland Legislative Assembly slated for February 27. The parties contended that solution to the Naga political issue should be arrived at before the election in the state. They also issued a declaration on Monday resolving not to issue any tickets to their respective candidates for the ensuing election.
