The All Bodo Students Union (ABSU) and its movement partners like the NDFB-Progressive and Peoples Joint Action Committee for Boroland Movement (PJACBM) sent letters via email and tweets to the Prime Minister, Home Minister and BJP president demanding political level tripartite talk between the Central Government, Assam government and the movement groups – ABSU, NDFB-P and PJACBM to resolve the Bodo people’s demand by creating separate Bodoland state immediately and to ensure political right to the Bodos living outside the proposed Bodoland.

The e-movement was carried out in district headquarters throughout Assam.

In Kokrajhar, the movement activists sent letters through e-mail to the Prime Minister, Home Minister and BJP president Amit Shah seeking their intervention into the long-standing demand of separate Bodoland state.

The movement leaders criticized the government for failing to keep its commitment to hold political level tripartite talks saying that it is a disappointment that the Government of India has failed to keep their assurance this time also and the much awaited tripartite talk in political level has not taken place which is deplored and deprecated.
