The e-movement was carried out in district headquarters throughout Assam.

In Kokrajhar, the movement activists sent letters through e-mail to the Prime Minister, Home Minister and BJP president Amit Shah seeking their intervention into the long-standing demand of separate Bodoland state.

The movement leaders criticized the government for failing to keep its commitment to hold political level tripartite talks saying that it is a disappointment that the Government of India has failed to keep their assurance this time also and the much awaited tripartite talk in political level has not taken place which is deplored and deprecated.
