The forecourt of the Rashtrapati Bhavan is all set for the swearing-in ceremony of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the council of ministers. President Ram Nath Kovind would administer the oath of office and secrecy at 7 pm. More than 8,000 guests, including head of states from 14 countries are likely to attend.
