The 74th biennial session of the Sabha will be held from February 1 to 4 at Upper Assam’s Tinsukia district and Changlang district of Arunachal Pradesh.

Lakhs of people from across the Northeast are expected to attend the biennial session. Singpho Heritage Village in Changlang district is another venue of the session.

Earlier, the Sabha had decided to hold the session at Bordumsa. Later, Burhidihing, a place 7km from Bordumsa, was chosen as another venue as Assamese people living in Arunachal Pradesh requested the Sabha to involve them in hosting the session.

Residents of Bordumsa and Burhidihing will arrange for homestays.
