The Northeast Frontier Railways (NFR) will run two special trains between Okha – Guwahati and Dr. Ambedkar Nagar – Kamakhya for three trips each to clear the extra rush of passengers.
A one way special train between Jogbani and Anand Vihar (T) will also operate to clear the rush of passengers during the summer.

The Okha – Guwahati Special will run for three trips leaving from Okha at 11:40 am on Friday to reach Guwahati at 6:30 am on Monday.
The first trip of the train left on April 16 and subsequently the second and third trips will be leaving Okha on 23 and 30.
The Guwahati – Okha Special will run for three trips leaving from Guwahati at 8:40 pm on Monday to reach Okha at 2 pm on Thursday.

The train will leave from Guwahati on April 19 and 26 and May 23.
The Dr. Ambedkar Nagar – Kamakhya Special will run for three trips leaving from Dr. Ambedkar Nagar at 12:45 am on Friday to reach Kamakhya at 10 am on Sunday.
The first trip of the train left on April 16 and subsequently the second and third trips will be leaving Dr. Ambedkar Nagar on April 23 and 30.
The Kamakhya – Dr. Ambedkar Nagar Special will run for three trips leaving from Kamakhya at 5-35 am on Monday to reach Dr. Ambedkar Nagar at 2 am on Wednesday.
The train will leave from Kamakhya on April 19 and 26 and May 3.
The Jogbani – Anand Vihar (T) special will run on April 18 leaving from Jogbani at 8 pm to reach Anand Vihar (T) at 9 pm on April 19.
