The first national symposium on ‘Retransforming Bharatiya Education, Science and Technology (BEST 2018)’ is being hoted at IIT Guwahati on March 24-25.

The symposium will be hosted under the aegis of the Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts (IGNCA), Northeast region.

The Centre for Linguistic Science and Technology at IITG is jointly hosting the event with IGNCA, in association with Gauhati University, Bharatiya Shikshan Mandal and the Research for Resurgence Foundation.

Around 400 scholars and researchers are expected to attend the event organized under the theme ‘Uttar-Purva Bharat – A Mystic Region of the Paradise’, stated a press release.
