In a highest-ever daily spike, Nagaland reported 366 Covid-19 positive cases on Thursday while one person succumbed to the infection, Health and Family Welfare Minister S Pangnyu Phom said.
Altogether 166 people died of the virus to date, he said.

Among the new cases, 164 were detected in Dimapur, 128 in Kohima, 13 in Mokokchung, 12 each in Wokha and Zunheboto, 10 in Kiphire, nine in Mon, seven in Phek, five in Tuensang, three each in Peren and Longleng, Phom tweeted.
He said 91 positive people – 66 in Dimapur, 10 in Mon, eight in Kohima, six in Mokokchung and one in Zunheboto – have recovered from the infection.
The total caseload in the State stood at 17,256 and the active cases at 3,551.
