Popular Bollywood personality Farhan Akhtar performed at the Maulana Md Tayabullah Hockey Stadium, Guwahati, on Sunday January 28 2018.
Akhtar whose talents as a musician, actor, director and screenwriter are known extensively, performed in the city amidst enthusiastic audiences as one leg of the Farhan Live Concert Tour.
Farhan Live is a nationwide tour across various places in India like Indore, Mangalore, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Lucknow, Delhi, Ahmedabad among several other places.
One of the leading rock bands in India, Farhan Live boasts of many talented artist who perform across India and various parts of the world with a tremendous fan following.
This is however the second time Farhan Live has performed in the city. Earlier the band performed in Guwahati as one of the leading performances of the Brahmaputra Valley Film Festival in 2014.
Farhan Akhtar is the son of noted poet and bollywood lyricist Javed Akhtar.
