The COVID19 positive cases among Assam Police personnel have increased to 362 on Wednesday.
This has been informed by additional director general of police (law & order), Assam, GP Singh in his latest update on COVID19 infection among Assam Police personnel.

The top cop informed that out of the total infected police personnel, 109 have recovered from the disease.
Now the total active COVID19 cases among Assam Police personnel stand at 253.
“July 8th 2020 – Till now @assampolice 362 personnel have tested positive for COVID-19 out of whom 109 have recovered. Active Cases 253. All of them are in stable condition,” ADGP(L&O) Singh tweeted.

Assam has so far registered 13,336 COVID19 positive cases including 4,585 active cases.
On Wednesday, a total of 397 patients were discharged in Assam, taking the state’s total discharged cases to 8,726.
The deadly disease has so far claimed the lives of 22 people, including six on Wednesday while 3 cases have migrated from the state.
In the last 24 hours, Assam has recorded death of 8 COVID19 positive patients.
With 482 deaths and 22,752 positive cases in the last 24 hours, the number of India’s COVID19 cases has reached 7,42,417 including 20,642 deaths, 2,64,944 active cases, and 4,56,831 recoveries.
